Journey into coaching
I remember how proud my mother was when I had gotten my first job, many
years ago. I’ve been pushing myself since then, fueled by dreams and guided by ambition. I knew that one
day I would start my own businesses and take control of my life.
I studied at M/s. NIESBUD
(National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development) learning important aspects of
entrepreneurship and small business development. Entrepreneurship was not much of a phenomenon in my
youth, business was rigid & often favored those born into it. Fortunately the world has changed
greatly. In India alone, the central government and many state governments have actively begun encouraging
entrepreneurs to start new businesses and set up companies.
I have had the opportunity to work with multiple
companies in a variety of industries and had even started my own company (UKM Spower Solutions Private
Limited).
I have acquired valuable skills that have made me a better entrepreneur and I’ve since
dedicated my life to passing them on, helping countless students, professionals, small businesses,
start-ups’ and entrepreneurs eager to make their mark on the world.
I’m a certified coach with the
training (ACSTH (80 Hrs, INDIA)), ACTP (125 Hrs, USA), skills and experience to help you realise your
professional dreams and ambitions.
“I coach people through the various situations and problems they
might be facing and help them reflect on their goals. I support them while they try to answer the
question: “What’s next?”, helping them explore the various ways they can introspect and use their own
mental, physical and emotional resources to achieve their goals.
